Pavlos is a hands-on, results driven professional, with extensive experience across the Balkans and a proven track record in repositioning commercial assets and establishing large-scale REO monetisation processes.
Pavlos has advised on residential and commercial projects, ranging from repositioning integrated golf developments and asset management of hotel operations, to establishing and implementing policy, processes and procedures for managing REOs and NPLs.
He started his career in London as a surveyor for CBRE, before moving to AXA Real Estate Investment Managers to work as a fund analyst. In 2007 Pavlos moved to Bucharest, Romania where he set-up a real estate brokerage firm. From 2010 until 2014 he was the Managing Partner of Cyprus-based real estate advisory firm Leaf Research, which completed various high-profile projects for PIMCO, BlackRock, and the ECB. Since 2014 he has spearheaded the company’s growth in Greece and Cyprus, by establishing the office in Greece and developing its Cyprus operations, deepening relationships with financial institutions and investors, and diversifying the company’s offerings by expanding into NPL servicing, Fund Management, and Data Analytics.
Pavlos is a graduate of the University of Reading (BSc), the University of Cambridge (MPhil), the ACCA (DipFM), Middlesex University (DipPrFin), Harvard Business School (CORe), and NYU Stern (CCorF). Pavlos is a member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber), a registered estate agent in Cyprus, and a past Chairman of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Cyprus.
