Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Milan, Italy

Reporting To: Partner, and Director

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistant required to provide full admin support to staff, based in a small, but busy office in Milan.

  • Diary Management for Partner, Director and Senior Advisor in Milan office
  • Facilitate and arrange meetings with external clients
  • Make travel arrangements for staff
  • Processing of staff expenses
  • Support team with day-to-day tasks when necessary​
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Reception duties, greeting and looking after visitors, answering telephone
  • Use office equipment like printers, photocopiers and scanners
  • Set up meeting room

Professional Experience and Qualifications:

  • Native Italian, and fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Good MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised​
  • Calm under pressure
  • Trustworthy
  • A flexible, can-do attitude
  • Strong customer service skills​
  • Ability to work autonomously
