Harris heads the Real Estate Strategies services line and all project delivery for the Greek office. He has an extensive investment and consulting background in the real estate sector.

Previously, Harris worked as Director of Investment and International Accounts at Danos S.A, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate. He executed several investment transactions, he advised HRAF in several transactions including the privatization of Hellinikon site, and consulted for international funds on NPL portfolio valuation. Also he was Project Manager in major valuation assignments, including the portfolio of NBG PANGAEA REIC, Trastor REIC, Hellas Capital Leasing and others.

Prior to Danos, BNP Paribas RE, Harris was Investment and Consulting Officer in Piraeus Bank Group. He was part of the advisory team to HRAF, focused in real estate and assisting in the formation of an asset privatization pipeline. Harris was also responsible for an investment vehicle of the Piraeus Bank Group, focused in Eastern Europe real estate, where he evaluated, negotiated and structured numerous investment opportunities in Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria and Ukraine.

He holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University with specialization in Real Estate and Finance and a BSc/ MSc in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
