Mike was formerly Head of Asset Management with Waterbridge Group, a UK based private property company, having also been Head of Sales & Acquisitions for a number of years. He has significant, hands on experience in adding value to property assets, particularly of a problematic nature, across all market sectors. Mike is responsible for providing technical support in the review, analysis and management of the real estate underpinning assets managed by Resolute, combined with direct responsibility for the asset management of REO (foreclosed) properties.

A commissioned Officer in the Royal Marines prior to beginning his career in property, Mike holds a BA in Business and Economics from Bristol and Open Universities.
